At LuxScent Collection, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Diffuser returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Fragrance oils are final sale and cannot be returned once opened due to the nature of the product.
How to Initiate a Return

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Address
We do not publish our return facility address online to ensure we can assist you properly. Please contact us here to receive return instructions and initiate the process.
To ensure satisfaction, the Mini Aria Diffuser, Car Diffuser, and fragrance oils may be returned within 30 days, depending on the usage. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs in case of a refund request. The fragrance oils must not be opened or have a broken seal.
Exclusions: Deluxe Car Diffuser, Luxor, Bellagio, Grand, candles, room sprays, and reed diffusers are not eligible for return.
